Edgar Morales and his Cinco Vega team, Inc. represent a skilled group of facility and information technology professionals whose capabilities and experience in the Federal Contracting arena are represented by a well-versed and solid reputation. Edgar served as the Collateral Computer Specialist for the Department of Justice. Within this time, he was also appointed as the Computer Service Administrator. Drawing on over 25 years of experience working for the Department of Justice, in highly complex and challenging circumstances, Edgar knows what it takes to complete successful contracts.

Highlights

• Edgar began performing standalone computer services support in 1986 for the DOJ.

• In 1988 he was appointed to be the assistant (alternate) Computer Services Specialist at the DOJ-FBOP Atlanta GA.

• In 1993 Edgar was appointed the temporary position of Computer Services administrator at the DOJ Regional Offices in Philadelphia Pennsylvania for two years. During this time Edgar was responsible for the maintenance and support of all network systems for the 18 federal institutions on the North east region. Edgar was also part of the first Network infrastructures installed and implemented for the DOJ-Federal Bureau of Prison, nationwide.

• 1998 Edgar relocated to the Southeast Regional Office Bureau of Prisons where he continued holding the Alternate Computer Services Administrator position. He served on this position until retiring in 2010.  Edgar also taught advanced computer security and programs applications to Federal Employees nationwide.
